Email Mailing List
The Members mailing list is used to keep members of the orchestra informed about the day-to-day administrative matters such as rehearsal schedule, change of venue, what to practice this week, etc. Typically this will generate 1 email per week. Members who are subscribed to this list can also send email to the list, and it will be sent out to all the other members automatically, so if you have an important announcement for the whole orchestra, this is a convenient way to send it. If you would like to subscribe please email us at
The list of subscribers is kept private, and cannot be read on the internet, nor is it available to any of the other subscribers. We will not pass your details on to anyone else.
If you wish to remove yourself from the list at any time, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of each email, or contact the secretary to ask us to remove your name.
Documents and Forms
We keep a range of documents and forms online, including membership forms, health and safety documents and safeguarding procedures.
