We use an online system called Muzodo to keep track of who is able to attend which rehearsal and concert. Rehearsals can only work if we have sufficient players, so it is important that you keep your responses updated.
Normally we will email you at the start of a term to ask which rehearsals you can make, but if things change later, it’s easy to update your response. If you haven’t already done so, you need to register a password on Muzodo.
Go to muzodo.com and click the login/register link up at the top left. Note that you should use the email address that we use to send Muzodo requests to you. If you register using a different one then it won’t be linked to ASO.
and then you will see a panel like this:
If you have already registered, just enter the email address and password. Most browsers will offer to store your password so you don’t have to re-enter it every time. Although you shouldn’t do that with your bank details, it should be safe to do so for Muzodo.
Once you’re logged in you will see tabs like these at the top left:
On the Events tab you will see a list of rehearsals and concerts we have set up. Click on the one you want to change and look for the Update my Response button.
You’ll then be able to change your Yes/No/Maybe response and add comments. Your comments can only be seen by you and some of the committee members.
If you want to change the email address used for Muzodo, use the My Details tab.
